Mon-Thurs 9:00am & 6:30pm - Boxing 101

Tues & Thurs 4:30pm - KO Kids

Tues & Thurs 4:30pm - Women's 

Fri: 5pm - 7:30pm - Open gym

Sat: 10am - 2pm - Open gym

Sun: Closed

WALK-INS

First class is free!

After looking through the website and deciding what class works best for you, don't feel like you have to reach out. Do be sure to show up 10-15 minutes early for your first class.

Arriving early allows for: 

  • Signing of release waiver

  • Having someone wrap your hands

  • Time to be taught your boxing stance


 You do not need your own equipment prior to attending. KO will have everything you need. Dress in athletic clothes & bring water with you. Walking through the doors for the first time is always the hardest. It gets easier & easier each time after that. See you at KO!
