Class Times: 
Mon/Wed: 8am and 5:30pm
Tues/Thurs: 8am and 5:30pm

Each class is different. The goal is to improve our knowledge, skills, physical attributes, and conditioning throughout the week. As an advanced class member you're expected to have a certain baseline of boxing knowledge & a good attitude towards others. Be ready to challenge your mind through various exercises & conditioning drills.

Improve your skills one day at a time and the rest will fall into place.
